G.D. Birla Memorial Polytechnic Institute (B.T.T.I) , pilani was established in 1988 by the pioneering industrialist syt. B.K. Birla and Inaugurated by Mrs. Eegje Schoo , hon'ble ambassador of Netherland.
Founded by renowned Birla group, The Institute has already established a high degree of reputation as a pioneer institution for development dissemination of knowledge and skills.
It offers polytechnic engineering(Diploma) in five different branches, Affiliated to Board of Technical Education Rajasthan, (BTER) Jodhpur and Recognize by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
